We've never heard of the organization either...but you can bet its the progressives at it again! Somehow they got your email address, it certainly wasn't through our site -- somewhere somehow you managed to get on their list. Thanks for the heads up!

the jammie bloggers have gotten my email and have signed me up for every left organization under the sun. ACLU, Working Parties, Socialism.com, Revolutionary communist party, Organizing for America, BarackObama.com, George Soros newsletter, and about 10 Marxist environmental organizations.
It is not that hard to get your email address if you've ever posted anything with your real name, because if you have kids in school, your email is posted in the directory that is published by the school. So that makes you fair game for the little the jammie bloggers that don't have a real job and sit in their mothers house and write blog entries. It is just one of their tactics is to try and get under your skin by putting your name on lists. The attempt is to shut down your speech, by making it a pain. You have to accept this, and laugh at them.
It doesn't bother me at all. As a matter of fact, I have learned a great deal, and have kept on some of these lists, to know what is going on, because they're the best informed people going, because they are part of the driving force of the agenda that is being forced down our throats. You might consider doing the same. If it doesn't provide you useful knowledge, then get rid of it. What you will find that the level of coordination of these organizations is astounding. The verbage is even the same. The topic at times is the same. They know the dates at which bills are going to be introduced.
We have to stay out in front of some of these issues instead of reacting. One of the ways to do it, is to know what they're being fed!
At any rate, don't let it bother you. There are means of unsubscribing to most of these lists. If that doesn't work, you can configure antivirus software to block anything from a specific organization, website or mail list server. I do hope you use good antivirus software! If you need help explaining how to do this, I would be happy to help. If there are several members that are having these types of concerns, maybe we need to create a FAQ (frequently asked questions) so that others can learn how to deal with this.
