Good VS Evil

What do you think of Glen Beck's call "to do good" on Thursday, April 21? On Mar 22 he challenged the TV audience to take bags of groceries to places where unemployed (for example) are, give a bag to each person in line with words such as "we're praying for you..keep looking for work....". Doing good as a "flash mob" rather than destruction, evil. Making a public statement in large numbers for Good, not evil. all on Thursday, April 21.
Also he challenged 9-12 groups to make a phone tree for quick communication to members of problems, crisis event, etc. (similar to the old Emergency Broadcasting Network of the 60's which I remember).
these sound like good ideas. any takers?

seems that no one wants to comment....over 60 "views" but no replies...is it too "radical" to go up to strangers?
An alternative idea for action....take a bag (or more) of groceries to local food bank (Tualatin's is at 3500 SW Borland Road, basement of Rolling Hills Community Church) and say you are from Ore 9-12. They can use bulk rice, TP, sugar, etc (they break down 20 # bags into smaller sizes), hearty soup/stew, peanut butter, etc. Tualtin School House Food Pantry food drop off hours Sunday 8:30 AM-1PM...Mon 2PM-3PM...Tue 9A-1PM...Wed 8:30 - 10 AM, 3-4PM, Fri 8:30-10AM, 3-4PM. Note they are closed on Thursdays.
