Public Meeting Notice
Tuesday, August 16th at 2:45 PM
The Clackamas County Commissioners will be listening
to a staff proposal to place an additional measure on
the November ballot to counteract the Citizens’
Right to Vote on Urban Renewal Projects
Most of the county commissioners are scared that the Citizens’
Right to Vote petition will be approved for the November
election and this is why they are asking their staff to research
the possibility of placing a counter measure on the November
ballot that would override the Citizens' petition.

Timeline:
First the staff will make their presentation.
Then they will ask the commissioners what to do.
If the commissioner direct staff to write the
measure, the final version should be presented for the
commissioners’ approval at a regular business meeting
on Thursday August 25 or September 1st.

listen to and gather information
about what they are up to at your expense.
(Public testimony will not be taken at this meeting)
