Public Vote Discussion on Light Rail

Due to public demand, the county commissioners will

be discussing the option of having a Public Vote on the

construction and funding of Clackamas County’s

portion, ($25 million + financing) of the

Portland to Milwaukie light rail project at

their regular business meeting on July 28th.

Public testimony will be taken at this meeting and we

need as many people as possible to come and speak

in support of the Citizens ‘Right to Vote’ on this issue! 

Outlined in the attachment is a 'unified' statement to demand our

right to vote! You may add any other comments you wish after

the statement. We must all stand together united with one

message to force the commissioners to listen to the people.
